Every guide lists the sources it draws on and shows when it was last reviewed. Third-party figures are attributed, not adopted.

Legal, tax and accounting steps are carried out by licensed Cambodian professionals. We brief and coordinate them; we do not replace them.

Independent advice
Our advice is meant to be independent of any developer, special economic zone, distributor or service provider. Where we have a commercial relationship with a party we recommend, we will tell you before you act on the recommendation.
Client vetting
We assess prospective clients and their source of funds, and we decline engagements that we cannot properly vet or that conflict with our standards. We do not take on work connected with illegal activity.
Sourcing and review
Each guide cites the laws and sources it draws on, and shows when it was last reviewed. Figures from third parties are attributed to them. If you spot an error, please tell us and we will correct it.
What we do not do
- We do not guarantee approvals, sales, returns or timelines.
- We do not give legal, tax or regulated investment advice.
- We do not offer securities or broker property.

Before work starts we send a written proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. The first conversation is free and without obligation.
How we handle your information
We collect the details you send with an enquiry, use them to reply, and keep them for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we begin working together. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Read the privacy notice.
